1. All RV's, motorhomes, and tent-trailers must be fully self-contained.

2. The RV, vehicle, and boat must be parked within the assigned site space.

3. Each extra parking space is for one vehicle or one trailered boat and should be unhitched (dependent on available space).

4. Rates are for 2 people. Children 6 and below are included at no charge, persons 7 and above pay the extra person fee.

General policy to provide our guests with a pleasant experience (see also full Park Rules and Regulations):

​

• Sites will usually accommodate parking for one RV, one vehicle, one boat, and maybe one visitor vehicle.

• Visitors may park overnight within your RV site if their vehicle fits within the assigned space, otherwise, they must park in the extra parking area. Office must be notified, and extra person fees apply.

• We appreciate your effort to control your group or guest parking to keep the roads open for other RV site traffic.

• Guest check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12 PM unless prior arrangements are made with the host.

• Check-in/check-out must occur between sunrise and sunset unless prior arrangements are made with the host.

• Summer rates start 5/1 and Winter rates start 11/1.

• Each site has a maximum occupancy of 6 people unless special arrangements are made with the host.

• Manufactured tents are allowed (maximum 2 per site) only if they can fit within the site space of a paid RV guest (extra person fees apply).

• Homemade tents, awnings, blue tarps, green tarps, or other homemade structures are not allowed at the park. Sunshades are permitted.

• Prior approval must be given before adding anything to your site that is not typical manufactured camping equipment.

• RVs and motorhomes are restricted to 2005 or newer. Restored quality older RVs require prior approval.

• References and prior approval will be required for all monthly rentals. Please call to schedule a site visit with the host.
